Challenges We Faced

Low Mobile Conversion

Tiny Buttons

Poor Font & Image Scaling

Slow Mobile Speed

High Mobile Cart Abandonment

Boost Mobile Conversions

“Is your mobile checkout frustrating users? Our UI/UX Analysis (Responsive) will find the friction points and fix them.”

Our Approach – How We Solved These Challenges

UI/UX Analysis (Responsive)

We used Microsoft Clarity to watch session recordings and saw users “rage clicking” on the tiny buttons.

Touch-Friendly Navigation

We increased the size of all primary buttons (Add to Cart, Checkout) to be at least 48px tall (Google’s recommended size).

Image & Media Flexibility

We implemented srcset attributes to ensure smaller, faster-loading image files were served to mobile devices.
We enabled a “zoom” feature for mobile product images.

Font & Image Scaling

We increased the base font size to 16px to ensure readability without zooming.
