Our Approach – How We Solved These Challenges

UI/UX Analysis (Mobile-First)

We used Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings to watch users fail to check out. We identified that the “Apply Coupon” and “Next Step” buttons were too small.

Fluid Grid & Media Query Implementation

Our mobile website design optimization company edited the theme’s CSS (.liquid files) to create larger, “thumb-friendly” buttons (50px+) and increase the default font size.

Image & Media Optimization

We ensured all product images were responsive and scaled correctly within their containers, preventing layout shifts.

Mobile-First Indexing

We ensured all content (product details, reviews) was visible on the mobile version, not hidden, to satisfy Google’s Mobile-First Indexing guidelines.
