We implemented a Review Management Platform (like Trustpilot) and integrated it with their Shopify store.

Review Generation Campaigns

We set up an automated post-purchase email sequence asking customers for a review 14 days after delivery.

Technical SEO (Review Schema)

This was the key. We implemented AggregateRating and Review Schema Markup on all product pages. This allowed Google to show their new 5-star ratings directly in the search results.

On-Page SEO (Review Integration)

We embedded the new, positive customer feedback management reviews (User-Generated Content) directly onto the product pages, building social proof right at the point of sale.
